Role Type Permanent What you'll be doing: As the Pricing & Revenue Strategy Lead, you will design and execute strategies that drive revenue growth, profitability, and market competitiveness. You'll analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor pricing to make data-driven decisions that optimise pricing structures and promotional effectiveness. Acting as a key partner to cross-functional teams, you'll ensure pricing strategies align with business objectives and deliver measurable results. Key responsibilities: Developing and implementing pricing and revenue growth strategies across Direct Selling, Retail & Online channels. Leading annual pricing waves for inline and innovation portfolios, while maintaining pricing corridors in systems. Analysing data from multiple sources to identify opportunities and provide actionable insights. Building financial models and forecasts to support pricing decisions. Deploying global RGM playbooks locally and collaborating with global teams. Driving promotion management and evaluating ROI to optimise spend. Creating dashboards and governance tools to track performance and inform stakeholders. Coordinating with commercial and finance teams throughout planning and budgeting cycles. What we're looking for: A degree in Econometrics, Business, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or other quantitative fields. 3-5 years of experience in pricing and revenue management roles, ideally in beauty or CPG. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in advanced Excel and BI tools. Ability to interpret complex data and make clear recommendations. Excellent collaboration and leadership skills to influence stakeholders at all levels. Knowledge of consumer, market, and shopper behaviours, plus experience with external insight data (e.g., Nielsen, Price Panorama). Familiarity with pricing software and retail scanning data. Role Type Permanent What you'll be doing: As an OTC Finance Analyst, you'll be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting and maintaining the integrity of our receivables portfolio. You'll manage balance sheet reconciliations, monitor overdue accounts, and calculate bad debt provisions in line with IFRS standards. Your insights will support decision-making and help improve processes, while ensuring compliance with internal controls and audit requirements. You'll work closely with credit control and collections teams to minimize risk and drive financial performance. Key responsibilities: Maintaining dashboards and reports on OTC KPIs. Analysing trends and providing actionable insights. Supporting month-end and year-end reporting cycles. Reconciling accounts receivable and general ledger accounts. Investigating discrepancies and ensuring timely resolution. Calculating and recording bad debt provisions. Monitoring credit risk exposure and collaborating with collections teams. Identifying process improvements and recommending automation. Ensuring SOX controls are effective and audit documentation is maintained. What we're looking for: A diploma in Finance and at least 2 years of experience in OTC structures. Strong skills in financial reporting, reconciliations, and bad debt management. Proficiency in OTC systems, MS Office, and advanced Excel. High attention to detail, learning agility, and ability to meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English. What we're looking for: Proven experience in category management, marketing strategy, or innovation leadership within beauty, fashion, or consumer goods. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans. Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills across matrix organizations. Strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and delivering results. Leadership experience with a focus on developing talent and building high-performing teams.
