What we're looking for: A degree in Econometrics, Business, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or other quantitative fields. 3-5 years of experience in pricing and revenue management roles, ideally in beauty or CPG. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in advanced Excel and BI tools. Ability to interpret complex data and make clear recommendations. Excellent collaboration and leadership skills to influence stakeholders at all levels. Knowledge of consumer, market, and shopper behaviours, plus experience with external insight data (e.g., Nielsen, Price Panorama). Familiarity with pricing software and retail scanning data.
